Culinary treats for New Year’s Eve

One of the most important parties of the year ought to be celebrated with a culinary highlight, such as a festive candle light buffet.
We recently met Yvonne, an ambitious lady who likes to create picturesque still-lifes and capture them on photographs. It is a fine art, and her family and friends find them selves marvelling at her skills ever so often. Yvonne Heinert Comas has been a student of Bellas Artes in Barcelona and is an expert for colours, canvas, contours – and more!
She also has a knack for indulgent invitations. Her culinary treats and festive premises are inspired by nature.
And here we have a bit of advise from Yvonne to our readers: Chose a topic or use the party’s topic. On New Year’s Night all that is good may glitter. Fairy tales can also be a source of inspiration for decoration, as are movies or plays, pictures and poems. Your imagination may roam freely. Create groups of colours and arrange your delicacies as sculptures. Fruits and flowers make for perfect highlights, and you will surely find many other accessories in your house or garden. There is no need to become financially stressed. Plants, fruits, stones and shells are just as superb as decorations as are children’s toys, fashionable jewelry or the humble hand lantern. Silvery and golden sprays are a quick and easy way to turn dried blossoms and leafs into precious little gems.
Why not let Yvonne’s photographs be your inspiration? You will certainly find some suggestions for your own festive Christmas or New Year’s celebration.
