appropriate products, just take the bottle of olive oil from your kitchen. However, this should
be pure, virgin olive oil. While the unsaturated fatty acids of the olive oil act as antioxidants,
its vitamin E provides soft skin. The same way as everything related to the Mediterranean is
fashionable, so is olive oil in toiletries and beauty products.

Olivenöl. Die ungesättigte Fettsäuren des Olivenöls wirken als Antioxidantien, das Vitamin
E sorgt für geschmeidige Haut. Olivenöl in Pflegeprodukten ist in, wie einfach alles Mediter-
rane in ist. Urteilen Sie selbst: waschen Sie sich die Hände einmal mit normaler Seife und
dann mit einer Olivenseife. Vielleicht spüren Sie den Unterschied.
Hochwertiges, kalt gepresstes Olivenöl bekommt man in vielen Bodegas oder bei Direkt-
erzeugern im Empordà.
