Gaynor dará su único concierto en
España de su gira mundial ‘Glo-
ria Gaynor Live’ dedicado a los
grandes éxitos de su larga carre-
ra musical.
Rosario Flores ofrecerá a su públi-
co más fiel su nuevo trabajo dis-
cográfico titulado con su nombre.

personal.
El espectáculo ‘Love Letters’, inter-
pretado por los grandes Gérard
Depardieu y Anouk Aimée, se po-
drá ver en exclusiva en España en
el Auditorio Parque del Castillo, en
una apuesta por las producciones
teatrales internacionales.
La Biblioteca del Castell de Pera-
lada se estrenará como escenario
la tarde del 15 de agosto, donde
Josep Maria Flotats y el violonce-
lista Lluís Claret ofrecerán un es-
pectáculo centrado en lecturas en
el entorno de Gustave Flaubert.
El músico, compositor y cantante
Alfonso Vilallonga junto con Stefa-
no Palatchi, actuarán juntos en el
espacio Chill Out de los jardines
para ofrecer al público canciones
de todos los tiempos.
The tenors Jonas Kauf-
mann, Piotr Beczala and
Marcelo Álvarez are going to be
the stars of the opera nights of the
28th Festival Castell de Peralada.
The program will also include
dancers Tamara Rojo and Sara
Baras, as well as G rard Depar-
dieu and Josep Maria Flotats.
Piotr Beczala will be responsible
for the opening gala with a lyrical
together with soprano Yoncheva
Sonya, while Marcelo Álvarez
will be Andrea Ch nier in the
new opera production of Castell
de Peralada Festival, which will
also feature the voices of Eva-
Maria Westbroek and Ambrogio
Maestri.
Countertenor Xavier Sabata Cata-
lan will debut at the festival with a
baroque recital entitled ‘Furious,
in the footsteps of Orlando’, with
works by Georg Friedrich Handel
and Antonio Vivaldi, and his voice
will be accompanied by the ba-
roque orchestra Vespres d’Arnari
directed by Dani Espasa .
After debuting in the 2012 edition,
the German tenor Jonas Kaufmann
will offer a gala of solo arias ac-
companied by the Cadaqu s
Orchestra under the direction of
Jochen Rieder.
In addition, on occasion of the
150th anniversary of the birth of
composer Richard Strauss, the festi-
val has scheduled a memorial con-
cert at the Carmelite Church on
August 4 which will feature one of
the most important voices of the
national opera scene: the soprano
Angeles Blancas.
The English National Dance Com-
pany premieres two different pro-
grams: ‘Copp lia’ - version of Pe-
ter Wright - and ‘Nureyev Gala’,
with a second choreography com-
memorating the centenary of the
First World War, both with the ar-
tistic seal of director and principal
