Kochen gilt in Katalonien nicht erst
seit der Documenta-Teilnahme von
Ferran Adriá als Kunst: Das erste
in einer romanischen Sprache ver-
fasste Kochbuch war das in kata-
lanisch verlegte „El Llibre de Sent
Soví“. Seit dem diese Rezeptsam-
mlung im 14. Jahrhundert erschie-
nen ist, zählt Kochen in Katalonien
zur Kultur.

chos otros chefs en los inte-

Ne vous étonnez pas de voir figu-
rer des steaks ou gambas nappés
de chocolat noir sur la carte. C’est
simplement un clin d’œil au maître
surréaliste Salvador Dalí. Tout le
monde sait à quel point il adorait
la bonne cuisine. Il existe même
un livre avec ses 15 recettes cata-
