In Catalonia diners can en-
joy the restaurants of “Celler
Can Roca” and “Sant Pau”, in the
province of Girona. In the first,
located in the city of Girona, the
Roca brothers use their culinary
creativity to convey a range of
emotions. Carme Ruscalleda, on
the other hand, offers a modern
take on traditional Catalan gas-
tronomy in her restaurant “Sant
Pau”, with views over the sea and
located in Sant Pol de Mar.
There are many other restau-
rants that have attracted inter-
national attention. They include
“Enoteca”, “Moments”, “Lasarte”
and “Àbac” in Barcelona; “Can
Fabes” in Sant Celoni (province
of Barcelona); “Les Cols” in Olot,
and “Miramar” in Llança (prov-
ince of Girona).

Son muchos los restaurantes de Es-
paña distinguidos por su calidad
y creatividad. De este modo, a lo
largo de todo el país se reparten
alrededor de 150 establecimien-
tos con estrellas Michelín. Desta-
can siete con la máxima distinción,
uno en la Comunidad Valenciana,
dos en Cataluña y cuatro en el País
Vasco.
En Cataluña, se puede disfrutar de
los restaurantes “Celler Can Roca”
y “Sant Pau”, en la provincia de
Girona. En el primero, situado en
la ciudad de Girona, los herma-
nos Roca apuestan por la crea-
tividad culinaria para transmitir
emociones. Por su parte, Carme
frères Roca déploient toute
leur créativité culinaire pour
transmettre des émotions. Pour sa
part, Carme Ruscalleda offre une
interprétation moderne de la gas-
tronomie catalane traditionnelle
dans son restaurant « Sant Pau »,
situé à Sant Pol de Mar, avec vue
sur la mer.
Bien d’autres restaurants se sont
déjà fait remarquer à l’échelon
international. Parmi eux, citons
« Enoteca », « Moments », « La-
sarte » et « Àbac », à Barcelone,
« Can Fabes », à Sant Celoni (pro-
vince de Barcelone), « Les Cols »,
à Olot, et « Miramar », à Llança
(tous deux dans la province de
