Enoteca Restaurant at
Hotel Arts Barcelona is
awarded a second Michelin
Star under the direction of Chef
Paco Pérez.
Paco Pérez already had his own
successful Michelin restaurant Mi-
ramar in Llança when he started
working with Hotel Arts Barce-
lona at Enoteca in 2008. Offer-
ing a fine cuisine with the freshest
Mediterranean products from lo-
cal suppliers in Catalunya, Enote-
ca gained the first Michelin star
in 2009.

de Mar. Ha recibido la segunda en
2010. Su cocina en el restaurante
Enoteca recibió la primera estrella
en 2010 en 20. Desde entonces,
sigue fiel a sus principios basados
en la frescura del mar y la esencia
del producto, donde la calidad de
la materia prima, la simplicidad y la
elegancia así como la creatividad
de cada plato, configuran la filoso-
fía de su cocina: una interpretación
de la cocina actual con toques tra-
dicionales e innovadores.

star for Enoteca which recognizes
the work of the team in the restau-
rant to continue to strive for excel-

ted to offering unique gastronomic
experiences in the hotel at both
Enoteca and Arola”.
In response to Enoteca’s second
Michelin Star, Chef Paco Pérez
commented: “This second Star is
both a great recognition and a re-
sponsibility which encourages us
to keep working with the same en-
thusiasm that we have felt since the
opening day”.
Enoteca is located on the lobby
level of the luxury hotel and is sit-
uated on the Olympic Port with
views overlooking the Mediterra-
nean Sea. The restaurant features
an extensive wine list with over
600 references and innovative,
gourmet cuisine made from the
highest quality produce brought
in freshly each day. An outdoor
terrace is open during the summer
months.
The newly awarded Two Michelin
Star places Enoteca at the fore-
front of the highly competitive and
world class culinary scene in Bar-
celona.
