Karibisches Flair herrscht vom 6. bis 8. September in ganz Begur bei der Fira d’Indians. Vom 16. bis ins 19. Jh. war Kuba spanische Kolonie. Auch viele Katalanen suchten damals ihr Glück in Übersee und machten ein Vermögen. Zurück in der Heimat errichteten sie prachtvolle Häuser. In Begur feiert man die Verbundenheit zu der Karibikinsel mit einem bunten Straßenfest. Der Markt mit kolonialen Gütern lockt zum Kauf. Kubanischer Tanz und Musik, bunte Kostüme und Caipirinhas sorgen für ausgelassene Stimmung bis in den Morgen. Ein Fest mit Spaßgarantie!

Ambiente caribeño domina la ciudad del 6 de septiembre hasta el 8 de septiembre, teniendo lugar la Fira d’Indians. Desde el siglo XVI hasta el siglo XIX Cuba fue una colonia española. En aquellas épocas muchos catalanes emigraron en ultramar para empezar una nueva vida. Algunos realmente hicieron una fortuna y construyeron casas espléndidas cuando volvieron. Begur nunca ha olvidado el pasado compartido con la isla caribeña, organizando cada año una gran fiesta de calle: un mercado colonial, músicos cubanos, trajes multicolores y deliciosos caipirinhas pro- ducen ambiente caribeño en medio de la Costa Brava. ¡No se lo pierda!

Du 4 au 6 septembre, tout Begur fête Cuba avec la Fira d’Indians. Du XVIe au XIXe siècle, Cuba était une colonie espagnole. Des Catalans sont partis outre-mer pour faire fortune et à leur retour ont fait construire de très belles maisons. Durant les quelques jours de cette fête, tout rappelle les Caraïbes : le marché avec des produits exotiques, les danses et la musique cubaines, les costumes
revêtus par les habitants et les caïpirinhas. Une fête colorée à ne pas manquer !
